Programming is scheduled to begin the morning of Monday, May 19 and conclude after dinner on Thursday, May 22. 

You are free to book any flights that suit your schedule. However, in order to participate in all programming, you must arrive at the Grand Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv no later than 8:30 AM on Monday, May 19 if you are not taking the recommended flight. The group will head to the airport together after dinner on Thursday, May 22.   

Please note that the trip is contingent on reaching a minimum of 15 participants, so we recommend purchasing a refundable ticket through El Al (less their cancel fee of $400).  

If you would like assistance booking your flights, we recommend using our preferred travel provider Traveland. Traveland will charge a $40 booking fee per transaction.
